GB Whatsapp
GB WhatsApp can receive temporary restrictions if the system detects unusual activity. These restrictions usually last from a few hours to several days. The settings below help lower the risk while keeping most extra features active.
No configuration eliminates risk 100% because WhatsApp’s detection rules change, but the following setup is widely used by long-term users without issues.
Older versions contain code that triggers detection more often. Newer releases include updated anti-ban protection from the developers.
Turn on the main anti-ban switch found in Settings → Privacy → Advanced. This limits internal calls that the official app does not make.
Keep Hide Blue Ticks and Hide Second Tick enabled only for contacts, not for everyone.
Sending the same message to more than twenty contacts in a short time is one of the fastest ways to trigger detection.
Posting more than thirty statuses in one day or viewing hundreds quickly can look automated.
Auto-reply is safe when the text varies. Identical auto-replies to many people trigger filters.
Small additional tweaks that further reduce risk:
A message saying “This account is not allowed to use WhatsApp” with a countdown is temporary.
Keep the main anti-ban switch on, update regularly, limit identical messages and status activity, and use varied text in auto-replies.
More options for changing colors, bubbles, and fonts are explained in the theme and UI customization section (these do not affect ban risk).
Following the settings above lets most users run GB WhatsApp for months or years without restrictions. The key is staying close to the activity level of the official WhatsApp app while using the built-in protection switches.
Regular version updates remain the single most important step for continued safe operation.
